You are under no legal obligation to provide this information, but without it we will not be able to handle your enquiry or register you for the requested service.

Such information is considered “sensitive information” under Israeli law and should not be sent via website forms. If you choose to provide medical information on your own initiative, this will be treated as your explicit consent to process it solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you browse the Site, technical and anonymous or semi-identified information is collected, including: IP address, browser type and operating system, device type, screen resolution, pages visited, time spent, referring source, and the date and time of your visit. 3. Purposes of use
The information will be used only for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries, requests and questions received through the Site.
- Registration, management and delivery of courses, workshops, lectures and events.
- Providing the services offered on the Site and scheduling appointments.
- Sending updates, professional content and marketing communications — subject to your explicit consent and your right to unsubscribe at any time.
- Improving the user experience, ensuring proper operation of the Site, and statistical analysis of usage patterns.
- Securing the Site and preventing misuse, fraud and intrusion attempts.
- Complying with our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your information on one or more of the following bases: your explicit consent (for example, by ticking the consent box on a form or accepting cookies); the necessity of performing a contract or taking steps prior to entering into one (for example, course registration); a legal obligation applicable to us; or our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site, provided it does not override your rights.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. Information may be disclosed only in the following cases:
- Service providers acting on our behalf — our hosting provider, email marketing services, analytics services and technology tools, which act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data security obligations.
- Measurement and advertising tools — such as Google Analytics and advertising platforms, to the extent active on the Site and subject to your cookie consent.
- Legal requirement — if required by a court order, legal provision or the demand of a competent authority.
- Legal proceedings — to protect our rights in the event of a dispute or breach.
- Corporate change — in the event of a merger, sale or transfer of activity, provided the acquiring party undertakes to comply with this policy.
6. Cookies
The Site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device that allow the Site to recognise you on return visits and to function properly.
- Necessary cookies — required for the basic operation and security of the Site and to store your preferences. No consent required.
- Statistics cookies — help us understand how the Site is used.
- Marketing cookies — used to tailor content and advertising.
On your first visit, a cookie notice will be displayed allowing you to accept, decline or customise the types of cookies. You may change your choice at any time via the cookie settings on the Site, and you may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may impair the functioning of certain parts of the Site.
7. Direct marketing
If you have consented to receive marketing communications, we may send you updates and content by email or messaging. In accordance with section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982, you may notify us at any time that you refuse to receive such communications — via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every message, or by contacting pniot@iritavisar.co.il. Your request will be handled without delay.
8. Data security
We apply reasonable technological and organisational security measures to protect the information, including encrypted traffic (SSL/TLS), restricted access permissions, periodic backups and ongoing security updates. However, these measures cannot guarantee absolute immunity, and we cannot undertake that the Site will be entirely immune to unauthorised access. Should we become aware of a serious security incident affecting your information, we will act in accordance with the notification obligations prescribed by law.
9. Data retention
Information will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or for the period required by law — whichever is later. Completed enquiries will be retained for a reasonable period for follow-up and documentation purposes, after which they will be deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
10. Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law and the GDPR (where applicable), you have the following rights:
- Right of access — to know what data about you we hold.
- Right to rectification — to request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

11. International data transfers
Some of our service providers (such as cloud, email marketing and analytics services) operate outside Israel, and therefore your information may be stored or processed on servers located abroad. In such cases we will act to ensure an adequate level of protection, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001.
12. Minors
The Site is not intended for children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect information about them. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with information without parental or guardian consent, please contact us and we will act to delete it.
13. Links to external sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, articles and social networks. This Privacy Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. We recommend reading the privacy policy of every site you visit.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, in line with legislative changes or changes to the Site’s activity.
